I am having difficulty viewing the contents of my sim card (pictures, music, video) which were previously saved onto it. However, when I go onto storage manager, it tells me that my sim card is 99% full. Could you please tell me how to fix this problem?

  2. Scott says:

I am perfectly satisfied with O2. Their Customer Service is amazing!

  3. Ben Wilkes says:

I travel a lot and use my phone for business and have had nothing but problems. Every time I call or go into the store they basically don’t care or ignore what I’m saying. I wish I had gone to another service provider.

  4. Fabil H says:

My screen cracked on my phone, instead of swapping it under the accidental damage insurance I have with o2 they have taken it for 7 days to be inspected. I offered to show them pics and even take it in to the o2 store. This is how they treat platinum customers. I remember the good old days when they would do a swap at the door step.

  5. Sarah B says:

Very rarely do we suffer any signal problems .We find them excellent and even though sometimes there tariffs can be more expensive we find it more beneficial to stay with them as the service they provide.

Just been told to call o2 back by one of advisors to get a new bundle…topped up £15 and called back 0844 number to get new bundle and was put on hold for 25 mins..which is disgraceful..and then my phone went off and it said I had no credit left???.
Fffff..a whole £15 just to wait in a queue????
    I am absolutely fuming..
I could of been in emergency situation and this is terrible from a company as big as o2..
    I really am mad.
