I had a delivery slot for my last parcel, why not now?

This depends on the service that your sender has selected. If the sender has not used a service that provides a two hour delivery window then it won’t be available.

Can I collect my parcel instead of rearranging?

It can depend on where your parcel is in the Yodel delivery process.

If your parcel is available to be collected from our depot, you will be given the option to arrange this on the tracking site. It is important that you fill out all the details on the collect page, so we know that you are coming. You can read more about collecting your parcel from your local Yodel depot here.

I have received a Yodel card with a parcel reference number on it. What should I do next?

Firstly, check the front of the card to see what instructions the driver has left. Your parcel may be in a safe place on your property, with a neighbor, or our driver may still have it. If our driver still has the parcel then please do the following:

For green cards: The driver will have left their mobile number on the back of the card and you can contact them any time up until 9pm.

For orange cards: Visit our self-service page where you can select another day or arrange to collect from your local depot. If we don’t hear from you we automatically re-attempt on the following two working days.

I’m told I need to attach a label to my exchange, where do I get this?

You should have been provided with a label to attach to your return parcel.  If this is not the case, you will need to contact the parcel’s sender to arrange for a new label.

Do I want to exchange a parcel, how?

Check the documentation that arrived with your parcel. Instructions might be in there. If not you will need to contact your sender to arrange a return collection. They can provide all the necessary labels and information to exchange your parcel. An exchange collection can take place anytime between 8am and 6pm.

Will I be notified of any planned delays to routes?

We will notify you by email if we are aware of any bad weather or road closures that will affect your collections or deliveries.  Please speak to your account manager however if you have any individual queries.

  7. Absolute rubbish. Loads of different telephone numbers! Cut off after waiting. Numbers don’t exist etc etc.got a text message to tell me my parcel had been left with a neighbour. Not so. Card left. Not so. Told my parcel was left at my address and signed for.completly different name. So where’s my parcel??? Can’t get through to speak to anyone. Rubbish company.

  8. Please someone give me a phone number where i can actually talk to someone who isn’t rude or an answer machine! This is just pathetic, so many numbers and no one willing to help.

  9. Worst company ever. Left instructions twice as to where to leave parcel’s. Even once through contact centre after an hour of trying to find a number. Was promised a phone call by customer services from the driver never happened so when phoned back and got told drivers don’t carry phones. not allowed to contact depots direct and now expected to drive 40 miles there to collect despite their drivers incompetence.

  10. Worst customer service ever!!! Dialled all numbers, some don’t even exist anymore. No contact with real person. Waiting for 2 deliveries, tracked, one says delay (yep 2 days already) and other one said the van broke down and that was 3 days ago…webchat is rubbish too, he just disconnected the chat and not solved the problem.
    Tried to call the driver, but went straight to voicemail and oh what a surprise, the voicemail was full!
    This is beyond ridiculous!

  11. got an email saying had tried to deliver,will attempt tomorrow,but I have been in all the time,and no one has knocked on my door,am really annoyed,tried phoning,but just got automation telling me the same thing ,that I already know,hope thay deliver to the right house tomorrow

  12. ive sent out over 50 parcels with yodel and the worst company ive delt with,,they never pick up on time or dont show up,,im waiting for collection again and no show again,,stay well clear,

  13. What is going on my mum ordered a parcel n paid extra for it to be delivered in time for Xmas n still recieved nothing it’s ridiculous
