    Trying to contact & speak to customer services took me an hr & a half. Very time consuming, frustrating & without result.

    We have tried to contact 2ce and currently holding, so far 52 mins,and daughter who is stuck in Turks & Caicos with a force 5 hurricane (yes 160mph winds!) on its way, trying to contact BA for 4hrs. This is disgraceful
