I just have spent 15 mins using numbers given to me by supposs to be a helpline. They gave me at least 4 phone numbers and I finally arrived and was asked by a non person asking the first three numbers of my e mail addres.
I did this and it said we have no record of these numbers.

I cannot contact AOL. I have been with tham for many years. When I call their helpline, I am asked to enter my Talk Talk number. I HAVE NEVER HAD A TALK TALK NUMBER. I access AOL through my land line number but their help line doesn’t recognise this.

I believe it’s time to switch to BT.

My email is broken and I have tried 6 different numbers to get help which is covered under my AOL subscription. None of the numbers works. What is going on. The is as BAD a customer support

Horrible Helpline support. My e-mail address was shut down by AOL.com and will not let me retrieve my e-mails and contact list. I had to create a new e-mail address but cannot retrieve my contact data base to tell my customers of my new address. My business has come to a stand still and my customers are not able to contact me.

I could not find my last password and tried the older ones I had and of course they didn’t work. I called the helpline number to reset my password. After verification i got my new password. I love their customer support.

AOL is lousy I have had problems getting my email for the last few days I have tried everything short of smashing my laptop and changing providers what is going on I noticed your website had a notification saying there was problems but still cannot access my email messages totally disgusted
