I have been trying for weeks to get AT&T to unlock my phone. I have been with another carrier now for a few weeks. I had to buy a lesser quality phone because of this. They keep promising to unlock my phone and they never do. They are rude and liars.

I am AT&T customers for past over than 2 years but it is worse than T-Mobile and even Sprint.

I’ve had the worst experience with at&t customer service they had me in hold for 2 hours! (Not over exaggerating)

I recently switched to AT&T Business, that was the best thing I could have done. Excellent customer service. Really they are helpful.

STAY AWAY FROM AT&T. I am not one to complain but AT&T is the worst company ever!!!!!
