Ee is the worst broadband provider ever, they don’t keep their words, customer services team is shit.
I have informed them 1 month before my house moving, I have moved my new house and its almost a month now,still no internet.
Customer service told me they will call in my mobile and they will not charge me for this month, idiots I didn’t use any Internet last month and I am sure they will take the direct debit from my account as that did last time when i switch front my last provider to ee .
Finally it’s my mistake not EE I should have change my Internet provider long ago, I am sick of ee shit promise and I have nothing to do except wait . .
