I must stress the customer service and staff are great it is the idiots behind the business you never get to know who make all these ridiculous charges.

When you need to speak to someone, be prepared to wait…a lot. And then be told that their computer doesn’t work so you’ll need to be transferred to someone else…who never answers. Like pulling teeth.

Never had such a bad experience with this Bank, and I have been around for a while! Avoid them like the plague, they have no idea of what customer service is!

how do i get access to my late mum and dads accounts they told me at the branch they are inactive and they cannot get any information i require some old statements etc
