Just sat on the phone for an hour and half listening to that stupid music might as well just go to Portsmouth and pick up parcel that way it would be quicker

In reply to Bill. i returned an item using parcel force on 10th aug found out they returned it back to post office where i sent it from without telling me picked it up yesterday 12th sept am now stuck with it asnow too late to return again they have cost me £114

I will never you parcel force ever again call them three time on the 27-1-2017 they told me that they will call in the hour and never did they told my parcel will me at me post office at 5 and it was not they are just poor service all the way!

Just tracked my parcel an apparently it’s been 2 times yesterday an no one was in when low and behold my whole house hole was in.
