Why is it so difficult to contact virgin media via an online facility??
Could a member of your tech team contact me with regards to signing into my virgin media email account. I have tried to sign in repeatedly but keep being told that either my user name or password is incorrect. I am getting the green ticks on screen to suggest that the details that i have entered are correct.
