My signal has just dropped out completely and restarting it and removing/replacing isn't working! And I can't get through to any one to help this is really annoying for a company so large I don't understand why the offices aren't open 24/7 I spend 110 a month and can't even get help when I need it

EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE..

Well, maybe not, no signal half the time, no 24 hour customer service or online help chat after certain hours, nobody to help at all after most people’s working day. I’m unable to call during the working day due to signal issues at work. Then by the time I get home your offices are closed. Meant to be the world’s largest network however since moving to EE I’ve had nothing but problems and have no way to talk to anybody about it…

You have cut our phones off when you said you clearly wouldn’t do this till 24/9 l find this bad practice & you have also changed our price plan without consulting myself can l ask why as now we are unable to make calls or texts and this is our only way of contacting people ????? If this situation with yourselfs l will consider moving to another network l also am on unlimited mins & texts could you please explain why you changed our price plan ???

In reply to jan jacobs. Hi I got a rolling up contract from u over the phone and one of ur colleague told us that u can cancel or upgrade or pac code at any time and now I want to cancel the contract and u guys charge me £90. When we had a conversation with ur colleague can u listen to it.
