Trying to get through to the UK customer services number is an absolute joke. Waited for 20 minutes listening to tacky music to then hear a computer voice telling me I can’t speak to anyone and to go on line to the help section. IF I COULD GET ON FACEBOOK I WOULDN’T BE TRYING TO PHONE!!!

Hi there, I tried to log into my account and it is not working, all I am getting is a thank you for your help message, we’ll look at your documentation crap and I am getting really ticked off with it. I have been a member since 2007 and I have never had any problems with my account until now. I am absolutely fed up with this. I feel that I am being hacked. I tried many times to to log in and the same message comes up every goddamned time and I’m getting no joy. How long is this going to take before I get back on to Facebook? If Facebook doesn’t pull it’s finger out to help me, I’m considering cancelling my account as this is really getting beyond a joke. Pull your finger out of your ass or I leave altogether because this is really pissing off.

Hi I have a problem regarding someone on face book slandering me and 2companys that I have been working for, I have previously blocked this person so I can’t get her slanderous comments taken down, my friend has tried to get it removed with out any luck, I am not happy about it and seeking legal action if this matter does not get dealt with, I am deeply affected but this woman’s comments and the fact she has put a picture of my self up on her posts, if these posts are not taken down by the end of the day I will be getting my lawyer and the courts involved
