If you’re an existing customer and use Internet Banking then the quickest and most secure way is to use the ‘My Messages’ area to send them an email, once you have logged on.  If you don’t currently use their Internet Banking service or don’t bank with HSBC then you can complete their online form.

    I have applied for a credit card with HSBC bank and I have closed the application because I felt there is no proper guidance provided regarding the credit card service.I was scared that what will be the reaction from their end in case of any error in transaction made.They are not responding customer and dont have knowledge about the banking service.

    HSBC Has to be one of the most opportunistic and unprofessional Global bank ever dealt with. Funds transiting their platforms constantly get held hostage and get milked for interest while their second or 3rd party clients frantically follow-up and complain to get it released.

    SWIFT wiring fees expensive – and receiving a deposit from an HSBC branch in California (from my brother) to my HSBC bank in NYC took 10 days !!!!
    My checking account, which I have had for 10 years was made not free a few years ago. Not nice at all.

    I have had no problems with their accounts so far. Transferred money between UK and US without any issues. Master card does not charge me any fees for overseas transactions and gives a good exchange rate for overseas transactions.
