    Since joining Virgin Media for broadband I have experienced poor service. Took deal in Nov 2015 to have price increase a month later! Wouldn’t mind if service was reliable and within agreed speeds!

    If you live in this area don’t bother with Virgin network issues since November and always takes over a week to fix.

    Very very disappointed. We had sales person visit our property on 15th January, to be installed today 29th January. Booked day off work. Received email 1 week ago with 7 day countdown until installation.

    We had no notification whatsoever. Extremely annoyed and very disappointed, due to lack of communication it was not a good start therefore cancelled the lot.
