Sky Helpline recommends Sky Broadband Unlimited deal for those customers who wish to have unlimited internet connection availability, 12 months free McAfee Anti-virus, access to Cloud Wi-Fi Hotspot through Sky Wi-Fi and most importantly, their high-quality wireless router- Sky Hub. This package is available with a cost of £7.50 only!

Sky’s third package is valued at £20 where customers will have the facility to share, stream and download applications or software, weekend UK calls, and facility to use Sky Wi-Fi for Cloud Wi-Fi Hotspot.

The Sky Internet does not entertain refund of any amounts that may have been paid by the ‘subscriber’, for an Annual / Semi-Annual / Quarterly / Monthly. Only in the case of non-feasibility of a new connection, a refund is made by The Sky Internet. The time for a refund to be affected is 4-6 weeks. The Sky Internet provides service discounts in line with TRAI policy on the same, on a case to case basis, as needed.

What are the speeds I can apply for with One SKY Broadband Internet?

The One SKY Broadband Internet plans come in speeds from 4 Mbps up to 100 Mbps. Depending on what you do online, you will surely find the best package that suits your Internet use and browsing habits.

I’m having speed issues, what should I do?

If you’re having speed issues and have a wireless router, then plug your computer directly to the jack, unplug the power from the router, and see if the speed issue still exists. If so please call our support number 0844 306 9107or fill out the form.

If not, then if your router only has 2.4 GHz we recommend changing the wireless channel on your router to 1, 6, or 11. You can consult the router manual, Google, or contact the router’s manufacturer for assistance with changing the wireless channel. We recommend a dual-band router because 5 GHz wireless will provide the best speeds. Consider upgrading to a dual-band router if you have not already.

Why can’t I get UCB Radio or TV on Sky and Virgin Media?

From July 2015, UCB Radio and TV stopped being available through Sky and Virgin Media services. We found that more people were watching and listening to our stations through PCs and mobile devices, so we invested in UCB Player – a new service that allows people to watch and listen to all of UCB’s content, on-demand. UCB Player gives us new an opportunity to reach many more people allows us to offer features that were not possible via satellite and cable.
