Like when a customer considers selecting their Sky Broadband Lite Deal, then they will have up to 2 GB usage allowance and access to Sky Hub (which is their best wireless router). It also allows customers to make calls in the UK on weekends along with having a facility to use McAfee Anti-virus for 3 months without any charge.

Sky Helpline recommends Sky Broadband Unlimited deal for those customers who wish to have unlimited internet connection availability, 12 months free McAfee Anti-virus, access to Cloud Wi-Fi Hotspot through Sky Wi-Fi and most importantly, their high-quality wireless router- Sky Hub. This package is available with a cost of £7.50 only!

Sky’s third package is valued at £20 where customers will have the facility to share, stream and download applications or software, weekend UK calls, and facility to use Sky Wi-Fi for Cloud Wi-Fi Hotspot.

    Why is there no light on the skyhd part of the broadband, and the tv screen message tells me the boardband router is not connected when everything is working properly

    My mum’s been paying for sky and I can’t even get a decent connection on the internet, she has still been paying for it and if it doesn’t get sorted then we will be taking our custom somewhere else!
